LuV: nano line

Phase id: p11 · Era: LuV

Advanced boards and nano chips, the Nanoprocessor Mainframe, the LuV metals, PBI plastic, the Assembly Line parts, naquadah and LuV rotor holders for the turbines. Typical pace (community reports, not independent samples): players report about 7.5 days in LuV (median of 4 runs, range 2 to 17).

Advanced boards and nano chips

LuV circuit (Nanoprocessor Mainframe)

LuV metals (RPP, ruridit, NbTi, HSS-S)

PBI plastic (hull and bus plastic)

Assembly Line, LuV hull, hatch and components

Naquadah and PCB coolant

LuV power: turbines on LuV rotor holders

  • Module key: plan:luvgen · step 66
  • Chain: LuV power: Large Gas Turbine with a LuV rotor holder
  • Uses: gtceu:luv_machine_hull, gtceu:luv_electric_motor, gtceu:hsss_ingot, gtceu:rhodium_plated_palladium_ingot, gtceu:polytetrafluoroethylene_bucket, gtceu:nitrobenzene_bucket, gtceu:gas_large_turbine
  • Makes: gtceu:luv_rotor_holder
  • Stock: gtceu:luv_rotor_holder in 2
  • Power: about 4x the EV turbine output per turbine for about 3.2x the fuel (derived from the holder rule)
  • Watch out:
    • Each rotor holder tier above the turbine doubles power for 1.8x fuel (pack quest; jar multiplier 2^(holder tier - controller tier)).
    • LuV rotor holder: LuV hull + 4 HSS-S gears + LuV motor + 4 small RPP gears + 6 HSS-S rounds + RPP ring + 288 mB PTFE, circuit 3.
    • Dragonsteel rotors are ZPM (EBF 7 100 K): not a LuV option. The Power Substation (luv_power, module luvmach) stores power, it does not make it.
    • Unverified the turbine base output, so the dynamo hatch tier: read the tooltip after the swap.
